I agree with Hugo on this one, I have been working with a Dutch firm to try and set up a greater kind of design crowdsourcing platform right here in the UK. I personally consider that crowdsourcing websites are an excellent method for brand spanking new or unestablished designers to get a foot maintain within the industry.
